Making A Difference in Maryland!

The Boudreau Insurance team has been committed to positively impacting the individuals and children in our community by doing what we can to help them live well and thrive. Through our Community Cause programs, we bring awareness to these individual initiatives and try to meet a goal – whether it’s monetary or the purchase of something that can impact the recipient’s life.

The current nonprofit organization we would like to raise funds and awareness towards is Special Olympics Maryland (SOMD)! SOMD is a year-round sports organization dedicating to providing life-changing sports training and competition opportunities to Maryland’s citizens with intellectual disabilities. SOMD currently serves thousands of athletes statewide and offers 28 sports, all at no cost to the athletes or their families.

With your support, Special Olympics can continue to transform lives through the joy of sport, each and every day. The organization encourages athletes to shatter stereotypes and exceed their personal bests on the playing field and in life. But for every inspiring Special Olympics athlete in Maryland, there are 13 more people waiting for their chance – and so many more around the world.
